If you purchase one (1) or two (2) four litre cans of the same colour and type of an Eligible Valspar Product (defined below) in a single transaction from 10 th April 2015, from a participating paint specialist or hardware store (“Initial Transaction”), and aren't satisfied with the colour, you may request a rebate ("Rebate") in an amount equal to the purchase price (including GST) of the same volume (i.e. either one (1) or two (2) four litre cans, as corresponding to the Initial Transaction) of any other one (1) colour of the same Eligible Valspar Product that you subsequently purchase, from 10 th April 2015, to replace the Eligible Valspar Product purchased in the Initial Transaction.
after trying your Eligible Valspar Product (purchased in the Initial Transaction) on an interior wall or outside surface and determining that you aren't satisfied with its colour, purchase, from 10 th April 2015, the same volume (up to two (2) x 4 litre cans) in a single transaction of any other one (1) colour of the same Eligible Valspar Product at a participating paint specialist or hardware store (the "Replacement Valspar Product"); AND
apply a few brush/roller strokes of the Replacement Valspar Product on the same interior wall or same outside surface adjacent to the Eligible Valspar Product purchased in the Initial Transaction; THEN
take a colour photograph showing the Eligible Valspar Product purchased in the Initial Transaction and the Replacement Valspar Product side by side on the wall (the "Wall Photo");
fill out a Rebate Request Form (available at www.loveyourcolour.com.au or www.valspar.com.au ); AND
upload and submit your completed Rebate Request Form, Wall Photo and original cash register receipts, showing purchases of the Eligible Valspar Product in the Initial Transaction and Replacement Valspar Product as part of a second transaction (together, your "Rebate Request")
This Offer is valid only for purchases of Eligible Valspar Products (as part of an Initial Transaction) and Replacement Valspar Products (as part of a corresponding second transaction) made from 10 th April 2015. The Replacement Valspar Product may not be purchased in the Initial Transaction and must be purchased as part of a separate eligible transaction. Rebate Request must be submitted to www.loveyourcolour.com.au within 30 calendar days of the date on the Replacement Valspar Product's purchase receipt to be eligible.

"Eligible Valspar Products" are 4 litre cans only of Valspar Interior and Exterior paint. A Rebate Request for any container smaller than a 4 litre can or any other type of paint won't be honoured. Rebate will be paid as an EFTPOS gift card made payable to the claimant listed on the Rebate Request Form, subject to verification. Every valid Rebate Request received by the Promoter will be awarded a Rebate. Promoter's decisions regarding Rebate Requests are final and no correspondence will be entered into.
Allow approximately six to eight weeks for delivery of the Rebate EFTPOS gift card. LIMIT: One (1) Rebate per household. For the sake of clarity, if a household purchases one (1) can of Eligible Valspar Paint in the Initial Transaction, they will be eligible to submit a claim for a Rebate for one (1) can of a Replacement Valspar Product purchased in a subsequent transaction, and if a household purchases two (2) cans of the one (1) colour Eligible Valspar Paint in the Initial Transaction, they will be eligible to submit a claim for a Rebate for two (2) cans of Replacement Valspar Product (both in the one colour) purchased in a subsequent transaction.
You're not required to return the Eligible Valspar Product and/or Replacement Valspar Product to process your Rebate Request and returns for this purpose aren't permitted / accepted. Disposal of unused Eligible Valspar Product and/or Replacement Valspar Product is the responsibility solely of the purchaser,not of Promoter or participating paint specialist or hardware store.
This Offer isn't available to employees (and their immediate family members/members of the same household) of Promoter and its affiliates, agents and advertising/promotion agencies. No incomplete,damaged, copied, mechanically reproduced, altered or forged Rebate Request Forms, Wall Photos or cash register receipts, or Rebate Request Forms, Wall Photos or cash register receipts not obtained through authorised channels, will be accepted. This Offer is valid only in Australia. This Offer is void where prohibited, restricted or taxed or if obtained through unauthorised channels.
Promoter isn't responsible for: late, lost, damaged, incomplete, illegible, garbled, misaddressed or misdirected mail, email or other electronic communications, Rebate Request Forms, Wall Photos or cash register receipts; errors, omissions, interruptions, deletions, defects or delays in operations or transmission of information, in each case whether arising by way of technical or other failures/malfunctions of computer hardware, software, communications devices or transmission lines; data loss, corruption, theft or destruction; or unauthorised access to or alteration of Offer materials. Promoter disclaims any liability for damage to any computer system resulting from participation in, or accessing or downloading information in connection with, this Offer.
Promoter reserves the right, at its sole discretion,
to modify, cancel, terminate or suspend this Offer, as appropriate, without advanced notice;
to correct clerical, typographical or other errors in promotional materials; and/or
to disqualify any claimant (and his/her Rebate Request) who tampers with the Offer process.
If this Offer is modified, cancelled, suspended or terminated prior to the stated end date, all eligible, non- suspect Rebate Requests received by date of such action will be fulfilled.
Any ancillary costs associated with redeeming the EFTPOS card are not included. Any unused balance of the EFTPOS card will not be awarded as cash. EFTPOS card is not transferable or exchangeable. Redemption of the EFTPOS card is subject to any terms and conditions of the issuer including those specified on the EFTPOS card.

The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of Rebate and claimants (including a claimant’s identity, age and place of residence) and to disqualify any claimant who submits a Rebate Request Form that is not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions or who tampers with the Rebate process. Errors and omissions will be accepted at the Promoter's discretion. Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights.
If for any reason a claimant does not redeem an EFTPOS card (or part of the EFTPOS card) by the time stipulated by the Promoter, then the EFTPOS card (or that part of the EFTPOS card) will be forfeited.
Claimants consent to the Promoter using their name, likeness, image and/or voice in the event they are a successful claimant (including photograph, film and/or recording of the same) in any media for an unlimited period without remuneration for the purpose of promoting this promotion (including any outcome), and promoting any products manufactured, distributed and/or supplied by the Promoter.

As a condition of claiming a Rebate, each claimant must sign any legal documentation as and in the form required by the Promoter and/or Rebate suppliers in their absolute discretion, including but not limited to a legal release and indemnity form.
The Promoter collects personal information in order to conduct the promotion and may, for this purpose, disclose such information to third parties, including but not limited to agents, contractors, service providers and reward suppliers. Claim is conditional on providing this information. The Promoter may, for an indefinite period, unless otherwise advised, use the information for promotional, marketing, publicity, research and profiling purposes, including sending electronic messages or telephoning the claimant. Claimants should direct any request to access, update or correct information to the Promoter. All claims become the property of the Promoter.
